Shipping and returns

Domestic Shipping

Shipping to the UK, including Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands on all our items is free. We currently use Royal Mail Tracked 48. For for most of our parcels, or for larger orders we will use the Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed service. Tracking numbers will be provided at dispatch.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide for free. You may be required to pay import taxes or duties depending on the destination. We are not responsible for the amount or payment of these duties and the customer must organise payment themselves.

Returns

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please email us at hello@kerchungcreative.com in the first instance if you have a problem with your order. If a return is necessary, you have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
